The Steam Cleaner Central will accept your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may use our secure online checkout, or call 1-800-939-3609 to place your order.
Unlike other companies selling Ladybugs, we actually use the Ladybug everyday and know how to it. We are available Monday – Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST. For assistance, please call 1-800-939-3609.

We believe we sell the best steam vapor system available in the world.
First 30 Days – Give the Ladybug a chance to show you how great it is. If you are not happy with it you may return it for a full refund during the first 30 days from the date of purchase for new machines. The product must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging with all manuals, accessories and free add-ons. Shipping costs are not reimbursed.
If you have a product that is defective or malfunctions, we will have it replaced or repaired at no charge to you for up to 60 days from the date of purchase. Products that are defective beyond 60 days will be serviced through the standard Advanced Vapor Technologies (AVT) product warranty.

If you place your order on a business day by 3 pm PST, the product will be shipped the next business day provided the transaction has cleared. All in stock items are shipped within 24 hours via standard ground service. Products shipped directly from AVT may be shipped the next business day. If you want faster shipping it is available on the checkout page. Just select the desired shipping service during checkout or give us a call but remember that standard UPS shipping for any Ladybug is free.
Because UPS only delivers on weekdays, your fast ship order may arrive later than expected. If, for example, you place a 2nd Day shipping order before 3 pm on a Thursday, it will not arrive until Monday. UPS or FedEx Next Day orders placed on Friday before 3 pm PST will not arrive until Monday, unless Saturday delivery is available at your location and specifically requested. Holidays may also delay your shipment.
Purchasing as a Gift?
If you are purchasing Ladybug products as a gift, we will be happy to enclose a message from you. Please contact a customer us. Gift certificates are are also available in any amount.
No sales tax is applied to purchases made by customers living outside of Washington state.
Guaranteed Price Matching
If there is another Ladybug® Authorized Dealer selling a Ladybug® Steam Vapor machine for less than MSRP, we will match their price and give you an extra 2% discount. Please call us at 1-800-939-3609 from 9 am – 6 pm Monday thru Saturday, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org . We will need to know the following information:
- The product name of the Ladybug machine you want to purchase
- The price the company has published including sales tax, shipping, and all other fees, costs, and services.
- The name of the company and their internet address (URL), and telephone number.
- If you have already purchased your Ladybug from us, then after we verify the price we will issue a refund.
Please consider that if the information you provide in the details listed above are incomplete we may not be able to honor the discounted price match. Also make sure the price offer is an authentic offer for the same product and accessories. The product must also be current production and not a discontinued item. We reserve the right to exclude any offer from the price matching program.
We will also match prices on accessories.
Steam Cleaner Central sells only the very best steam vapor products and they are unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund.
- We encourage you to try the product for up to 30 days from the date of purchase and return it for a refund if you are not satisfied. This applies to new machines only.
- You may return any product that is in new, re-sellable condition and in the original packaging.
- If you have a defective product or one that malfunctions, we will replace or repaired it at no charge to you for up to 60 days from the date of purchase. Items found to be defective beyond 60 days will be serviced through your product’s warranty.

How to Return A Steam Cleaner Central Product
Step 1: Call us and obtain A Return Authorization Number (RA#)
Step 2: Fill out our online returns form or call us at 1-800-939-3609.
Step 3: Make sure it is Packaged correctly
- All returned items must be in the original packaging and include all manuals and accessories in good condition.
- Make sure you include a copy of your receipt with the returned item.
- Write your RA Number on a copy of the original invoice.
Step 4: Shipping Box
- You must use your original Ladybug Steam Vapor box.
- Write your RA# on the shipping label.
- Shipping and return shipping costs will not be refunded.

Once we have received your return at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your credit card and send you an email confirmation. While every attempt is make to process your return quickly, it may take up to 6 weeks from when we receive the return for a credit to appear on your credit card. If you have placed an order and would like to cancel for any reason, please contact us immediately. We will do all we can to cancel the order, but if this is not possible, you are liable for all shipping and handling charges and return shipping.
About Orders Refused on Delivery
If you have refused your order upon delivery, you will be liable for shipping, return shipping and a 15% restock fee.
